Each ExponentHR page is composed of three elements:

The Utility Bar allows you to access site utility functions, including:

Secure Logout | Logs you out of ExponentHR and clears all your information from the computer you used to access the system. |

Change Company | Displays for employees with records in more than one company within your organization and provides the ability to toggle between each company records. |

Message Center | Offers you access to all messages in your Message Center. |
 |
Search | Allows you to search for company forms and documents. |
 |
Site Map | Provides an alternate method to navigate through ExponentHR. |
 |
Preferences | Allows you to choose your site layout and dashboard widgets. |
 |
Help | Provides additional information regarding ExponentHR website features. Also provides easy access to contacting ExponentHR support. |

Clicking one of ExponentHR's menu options will reveal secondary options with links to ExponentHR's various functions. In some cases, clicking a secondary option will reveal a third set of options that allows you to access additional resources.
ExponentHR content related to each function appears in the Content Section of each page. This information applies specifically to you.
At the bottom of each page is the page footer. The footer displays your name and includes ExponentHR contact information and access your cases with ExponentHR support. Also available are links to ExponentHR's Copyright Notice, Privacy Notice, and Terms of Use pages.
Note: ExponentHR has a session timeout period designated by your organization on each of its Web pages. After being idle for the designated amount of time (no user action on the page), ExponentHR logs you out without auto-saving any unsaved changes. You must log back in again.
