Use this report to view the status of any files generated by ExponentHR for use by a third party system, such as benefits transactions sent to the benefits provider. The report provides a list of file feeds, their status, the last day they were sent, and the next day they are scheduled. It does not provide access to the content of the files.
Note: You must be assigned Grant Access rights to the report in order to view it. Access rights are automatically given to Benefits Administrators and HR Administrators.
To run this report:
1. On the Menu, click Benefits > ReportsBenefits > Reports.
The ReportsReports menu will display.
2. Click the Electronic File Feed Status Report link.
The Electronic File Feed Status ReportElectronic File Feed Status Report page displays.
Each file feed shows one of the following for File Status:
In Development - The file is currently being developed.
Production - The file is active and has an ongoing schedule in place for future file generation
Archived - The file is no longer in use. These feeds appear in the list only if the Include Archived Files? box is checked.
