In addition to creating your primary login credentials, which are to be used by the owner of the employee account, users have the option to create a secondaryl set of user login credentials. The secondary login credentials can be provided to another trusted individual (such as your spouse) to gain access to your personal ExponenHR account. When an individual logs onto the ExponentHR website with the secondary login credentials, the user will not be permitted to access the Management Site functions (keeping those functions limited to be accessed by the employee using the primary login credentials).
Note: Only the primary user of the account (the employee) may create or edit the secondary login credentials. Users accessing the account via secondary login credentials will not be able to access the Secondary Login Credentials page.
A
manager in your organization would like his spouse to be able
to access the benefit plan information that is accessible online
through his ExponentHR account. To stay in compliance with
company policy of keeping sensitive information secure on the
pages only accessible to managers, the manager can create secondary
login credentials. These login credentials can be provided
to the spouse without compromising company policy of providing
an unauthorized user access to sensitive company data. |
